The BGR (Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources) offers a wide range of services on its geoportal (https://geoportal.bgr.de). In addition to a geoviewer, open data and maps, you can also find “LithoLex” (https://litholex.bgr.de), the database of lithographic units in Germany, among other things.
