DEAL with Wiley

In January Wiley signed the first DEAL-contract. Since July 2019, reading access is now granted to participating institutions in Germany. This applies to all Wiley journal publications (at least) from 1997 on. See the list of Journals.
Furthermore, the read-and-publish contract includes advantages for authors: APCs for publishing Gold Open Access with Wiley are reduced, and the Publisher will arrange payment with the institution directly.
